In recent years, with the booming development of e- commerce, the international parcel handling volume increases rapidly, and during the annual Double 11, the business volume increases rapidly, he problems of warehouse bursting, express damage, and high sorting error rate also followed.

The sorting center in Yiwu, Kunshan and Shenzhen is mainly engaged in international business such as Europe, America, Singapore, and Hong Kong. There are a wide variety of express parcel materials, such as woven bags, cartons and PVC bags, etc. The size is generally small with the minimum weight 5g,the thickness 0.5mm and the maximum weight is 30kg. 2. Application highlights

GINFON started to conduct research and overall planning and design of Yanwen Kunshan Sorting Center in July 2016. All sorting centers in Yanwen have centralized sorting, including express parcels collected from all over the country, and local customers deliver them to the corresponding venues by themselves. Sorting centers shall be set up separately into 2 large car delivery areas: retail delivery area and 2 outdoor loading parking space. According to the size of the sorting center, to configure the sorting machine parts system such as Kunshan sorting center, we adopt the manual loading mode of setting 5 working positions in each of 3 districts. Parcels to be sorted are sent to the unpacking area by automatic telescopic conveyors and various conveying systems. After unpacking, operators go to the check table for scanning code, weighing and changing sheet, and pour them into the chute for delivery to the induction. Then, operators at the delivery table put the parcels into the running cross-belt trolley and pay attention to placing barcode information on the surface for the convenience of subsequent scanning.
